Administrative Assistant



The Muskingum Valley Park District is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant (average 29 hours/week, salary based on experience, open until filled) to support day-to-day district operations. The role assists with implementing district goals and procedures, supports financial/admin tasks (requisitions, purchase orders, invoice submissions, expense report reconciliation), helps prepare regular reports (attendance, revenue, expenditures, program notes), supports grant preparation/administration, and provides front-line customer service by greeting visitors and handling program/event registrations.

Program Coordinator



The Muskingum Valley Park District is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator (average 29 hours/week, pay based on experience, open until filled) to research, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and special events in coordination with the Executive Director. The role sets program goals, tracks attendance and feedback, creates promotional materials and interpretive content, manages social media/online presence, participates in community events, supports budgeting and supply inventory, helps with environmental projects (e.g., restoration/monitoring), and recruits/trains/supervises volunteers
